The mission of the Foundation is to provide financial resources to assist in the fulfillment of various projects and activities that promote, aid, and encourage the Foundation’s following objectives:

1. Conservation of our natural resources and habitat for game and fish

2. Educational opportunities in the lawful and safe use of firearms

3. Promote the hunting, fishing, and general outdoors heritage of Pennsylvania

4. Provide scholarships for post high school education for local residents up to their 26th birthday to attend post secondary

5. Financial support, facilities, and supplies for, non-elected, public service government agencies including, but not limited to local police, fire, and emergency responders; as well as nonprofit armed services and veterans organizations
